Services
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work between the client and Sarviq. These website terms do not constitute a service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement transfers to the client upon full payment. Sarviq retains rights to general methodologies, tools and pre-existing intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Sarviq will perform services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
